--   There are increasing rumors floating around that at next month's Royal Rumble PPV, Jeff Hardy will be facing off against Edge.    As we reported earlier, the WWE.com story featuring Hardy being found unconscious in a stairwell at a Boston hotel is just a storyline.   It seems that if WWE is going through with a Edge vs. Hardy feud, Edge will end up being the culprit as Edge did fly from Tampa last night to Boston (where Survivor Series is being held).

Hardy is expected to work the match tonight against Triple H & Vladamir Kozlov and sell the injuries he sustained.

    The Support of Friends

Sunday, November 23, 2008, 01:02 PM CST [Family]

When we look back at our worst of times, we find it's our friends' and family's support that brought us through.

When we look back at our best of times, we find it's our friends and family who cheered us on with the loudest of voice.

Without friends and family, we live a lonely life.

Without the support of my friends and family, my book would be sitting idle, collecting virtual dust in the back room of Amazon.com and my website.

Heck, I wouldn't have invested the money to publish it in the first place.

One friend has not only cheered me on, shared her knowledge in indie publishing, but also helped boost my book's exposure to more potential readers.

She interviewed me a few days ago, and included it on her website:

    www.elucidations.us/interviews/almarquardt.htm

She has written and self-published three books so far, two as part of a larger series centered around a rock band trying to make a name for themselves in the 1970s. Her characters are well-developed, and she deftly immerses the reader into what the 70s were really like for musicians and other artists struggling for success.

You can find out more about all her books as well as purchase them direct at her online store:

    www.elucidations.us/store.htm

With the economy sour and most of us not willing to spend a lot of money on high-dollar items, books are a great alternative.

    Jeff Hardy Storline Exposed

    Jeff Hardy "Injury" Exposed:

    Jeff Hardy Update

    http://www.wrestlinginc.com/news/2008/1123/368814.shtml

"AOL Sports published an article regarding WWE.com's story on Jeff Hardy being rushed to a Boston-area hospital after being found unconscious this morning in a hotel stairwell. As reported, several sources have confirmed this to be a work."
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Jeff Hardy Was Found Unconscious

    http://www.wrestleview.com/news08/1227457017.shtml

    WWE.com posted the following:

"BOSTON – Jeff Hardy was found unconscious in a stairwell at his hotel in Boston today, and was rushed to the nearest emergency room.

Due to privacy issues, WWE is not releasing the name of the hospital.

WWE.com will have more information if it becomes available."

Multiple reporters have contacted sources and it appears to be a work to perhaps hype up tonight's WWE Survivor Series PPV. More on this when it becomes available.

    Jeff Hardy Found Unconscious

    http://www.wrestlinginc.com/news/2008/1123/jeff_hardy_368803.shtml

"After calling several people this morning, it now appears that the WWE.com story about Jeff Hardy is a storyline. Nobody I have talked to has heard anything about the 'incident' and the fact that WWE  is 'not releasing the name of the hospital' is fishy.

Hardy is expected to be selling the injuries on tonight's Survivor Series show. There is a lot of speculation this will lead to an Edge vs. Jeff Hardy feud, as Edge will be the culprit. While this feud is not confirmed, there was talk of Edge vs. Hardy at Royal Rumble
, and Edge flew from Tampa to Boston last night for the show tonight.

This is not 100% confirmed but it appears this whole thing is being done to hype Survivor Series tonight."

What is it like being a dhimmi?

Sunday, November 23, 2008, 07:01 PM GMT [General]

It is a rule for dhimmi's to dismount when passing by Muslims. You can't have an infidels head being higher then a Muslim. Dhimmis have to know that they are subdued and inferior at all times. Think that is just in the past? Well read on and see what equality means to Muslims.
ISTANBUL, November 21 (Compass Direct News) – Authorities in an Egyptian village arrested 50 Coptic Christians, whose shops were then looted, to pacify Muslims following violence that erupted on Nov. 4 over a Christian boy’s unwitting break with custom.
Muslim villagers attacked the homes and shops of Coptic Christians in violence-prone Tayyiba, a town with 35,000 Christians and 10,000 Muslims, after 14-year-old Copt Mina William failed to dismount his donkey as a funeral procession passed.
William was watching the procession in Tayibba, 220 kilometers (137 miles) south of Cairo, with Nathan Yaccoub, also 14. William’s failure to dismount violated a local custom of showing respect, Copts United reported, and members of the procession reportedly beat him before completing the procession. William suffered minor injuries.
After the funeral procession, the processional members began throwing stones at the homes of local Copts and attacking their shops before police broke up the crowd with tear gas.

    Jeff Hardy Hosptalize

Sunday, November 23, 2008, 01:56 PM EST [General]

    Ok. I'm sure most of you know this by now, but I just found this;

This is currently posted on WWE.com.

BOSTON - At 4am Boston time, Jeff Hardy was found unconscious in a stairwell at his hotel in Boston today, and was rushed to the nearest emergency room.

Due to privacy issues, WWE is not releasing the name of the hospital.

WWE.com will have more information if it becomes available.

Some people are saying if it has anything to do wiht Jeff doing drugs, the WWE will have no choice, but to reliase him. I don't believe it is. I'd be crushed if it was, becasue I've belived him for so long and stood up for him, but I'm pretty sure thats not the case. I'm not worried about that. I'm more consred about him being ok. I've heard the Eddie died, becasue of his drug addtrion nad, even thouhg I heard he stopped doing drugs, it still killed him, becasue he did so many in the past and whne I heard that jeff use to do alot of drugs too, I always feared the same would ahppne to him and I hope it doesn't. Poor Matt. Hes not going to be able to fouces and I would toally udnerstand if he didn't show up.

    A year of history...

    Sunday, November 23, 2008, 12:50 PM [General]

Jimmie Johnson won his third NASCAR title in a row tying Cale Yarbourgh, can he make it four? Lewis Hamilton became the first person of color to win the Formula One Championship. CART and Petite Le Mans are growing in popularity. Should be a great season next year. I like prototype sports cars like the one below that race the Le Man 24 hour.

    First time meeting

Sunday, November 23, 2008, 12:49 PM CST [General]

I finally got to meet someone I've admired for a long time -- Tim Ernst. He is a very accomplished photographer who specializes in nature photography in Arkansas. I had heard him speak a few years ago, but never actually met him. Inspired, I wrote a story about him for the local paper. I read everything I could prior to making up a list of questions. I interviewed him via email.

The story is profiled on my website http://www.ozarkattitude.com The paper submitted my story to the Arkansas Press Association. I was surprised to learn that I won an award for the story. In all the years I have worked for a newspaper, I've never won an award. I've never applied for one. I always figured that when you write a good story, you know it. And there is something to be said for humility.

Anyway, Tim had an open house at his gallery yesterday.  Meeting him was extraordinary, but seeing his work up close and personal was the icing on the cake. The man is an artistic genius. My first instincts were right-on.

It is always good to bond with people you admire, but to meet them for the first time is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

    bad ass

    Sunday, November 23, 2008, 03:48 PM [General]

    This is almost unbelievable!

    This may be a first...

A couple fromMontanawere out riding on the range, he with his rifle and she (fortunately) with her camera. Their dogs always followed them, but on this occasion a Mountain Lion decided that he wanted to stalk the dogs (you'll see the dogs in the background watching). Very, very bad decision.

The hunter got off the mule with his rifle and decided to shoot in the air to scare away the lion, but before he could get off a shot the lion charged in and decided he wanted a piece of those dogs. With that, the mule took off and decidedHEwanted a piece of that lion. That's when all hell broke loose for the lion.

As the lion approached the dogs, the mule snatched him up by the tail and started whirling him around. Banging its head on the ground on every pass. Then he dropped it, st omped on it and held it to the ground by the throat. The mule then got down on his knees and bit the thing all over a couple of dozen times to make sure it was dead, then whipped it into the air again, walked back over to the couple (that were stunned in silence) and stood there ready to continue his ride as if nothing had just happened.

Fortunately, even though the hunter didn't get off a shot, his wife got off these four pictures.

    November 23

Sunday, November 23, 2008, 01:45 PM EST [General]

I was in Clifton all day Saturday and did not get a chance to post, short on time today so I will keep it quick.  Here is today's video...

    *******

    10-2

Thanks to UC and Kentucky I move to a staggering 10-2 this season with predictions.  Tonight Xavier takes on #12 Memphis for what should be an outstanding basketball game in Puerto Rico.

The speed and athleticism advantage goes to Memphis, as does the backcourt.  I give Xavier a slight edge in the frontcourt but they might really struggle to keep up with Memphis' "big men" who help in spreading the floor and shoot from the outside quite a bit.

Xavier will play hard and keep it very close.  The key will be not turning the ball over, because there is no margin for error when competing against a team the caliber of the Tigers.

Xavier will keep it close and find a way to pull off the upset down the stretch...

Final Score: Xavier 69 Memphis 68

Dana O'Neil has more on the game here.
